Terms and Conditions

In order to confirm a reservation, payment of the total cost of your stay is required.

Cancellations announced at least 14 days before arrival, receive full (100%) refund. Cancellations announced at least 7 days before arrival, receive 50% refund. In case of No Show or in any other case, the payment is not refundable.

If booked less than 14 days prior to arrival, a full refund is given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days prior to arrival. After this period has elapsed and if cancellation is made up to 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be given. Once this period has elapsed, the money is non-refundable.

Prices are in euros. All taxes included.

Minimum reservation period is 4 nights.

Check-in: after 13:00. Check-out: before 11:00.

Requests for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are based on availability. Extra charges may apply.

Babies are not allowed.

Children's cots or cribs are not available.

Only children older than 4 years are welcome.

Pets are not allowed.
