Terms and Conditions

In order to confirm a reservation,
a small deposit is required
(via Paypal or Bank transfer ).
Remaining balance is paid on delivery.
(via Paypal or Bank transfer / possible fees are paid by client).

If we are notified at least 10 days
before the indicated pick-up date, we will refund the deposit.
If we are notified later than that,
the deposit cannot be refunded.

CDW Insurance:
Collision Damage Waiver Insurance with an excess amount (500 euros)
if you are at fault in the case of an accident.
Please note that damages to the interior of the car
(upholstery, dashboard, radio/cd) as well as keys,
wheel cover, antennas, etc are not covered by any insurance
unless they were caused in an accident and are charged on the client.

Prices are in euros. All taxes includes:
Insurance • Taxes • Unlimited Mileage • Breakdown Assistance.

Minimum reservation period is 5 days.

After-Hours Delivery & Collection of Vehicles:
We offer free delivery and collection (working hours 07:30 – 22:30),
free mileage, two named drivers.
We can deliver and collect the rental vehicle
even after hours (22:30 – 07:30) with an extra charge (€30).

NO-SHOW:If the renter does not pick up
the vehicle at the agreed day and time,
our company has the right to cancel the reservation.

Policies

Gasoline: Payable by the renter.
Traffic fines: Payable by the renter.
Leaving the Island: Only with the permission of the Alpha Car Rental manager.
Driver's license:Must be clean and valid and should be issued at least one year prior to the date of rental.
Driver's age: Should be at least 22 years old.
Taxes:Included in the price. No extra or hidden charges. Our rates are final and include VAT and all taxes.
